when we were looking to buy our first home, we started by approaching listing agents directly. cecile bassels was one of the many agents who offered their services to us. the house she was listing had already sold, but she offered to email us some listings. we chose to work with cecile because she offered a great deal of information and service without pressuring us at all. cecile is straitforward and honest. she was extremely helpful in all aspects of the buying process, she was very patient with our many question and she cheerfully worked very hard for us, always going that extra mile.

when we found houses that we were interested in, cecile brought tony bassels to the properties. with tony's building and renovation expertise, he was able to give us some expert advice on 2 different houses, which really aided us in our decision. cecile's experience with mortgage banking was very useful when it came time to choose a mortgage. the house that we purchased had tenants and cecile even gave us advise, documents and referrals for all the aspects of renting out an apartment. cecile and tony's experience with tenants helped us out again! they gave us a great deal of information and referrals for many ancillary services. tony and cecile worked together to bring us smoothly through the entire process.
we are thrilled with cecile and tony's service. we will contact them when we need their services in the future and will definitely be pleased to recommend them to our family and friends.
